GF/CF Candida-safe Waffles
- 2 egg yolks (or 1 large egg)
- 1/8 cup almond oil
- 3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup GF All-purpose flour
- 1/8 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tblsp xylitol (if sugar is OK, you can use sugar here)
- 1 tsp xanthum gum
- Makes about 2 waffles
- Beat egg yolks and stir in milk and oil.
- Add flours, xylitol, baking bowder, xanthum gum, and salt.
- Stir until just mixed.
- Cook in your favorite waffle iron.
