GF/CF, sugar-free, Candida-OK Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup GF all-purpose flour (I use Bob's Red Mill)
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt (I use sea salt)
- 2 TBLSP xylitol
- 1/4 tsp xanthum gum
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients in large bowl
- Combine moist ingredients in small bowl
- Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until flour is incorporated
