Hake with Mushrooms
This recipe comes from Cape Ann Fresh Catch
- 2 lb, Hake fillets
- 4 Green onions; sliced
- 2 Tomato; chopped
- 4 tbs. Lemon juice
- 1 cup Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp. Salt
- Put hake in baking dish.
- Add onions, tomato, and lemon juice on the fish.
- Place mushrooms on top of other ingredients.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes until fish flakes and is done.
