PUmpkin (Squash, Sweet Potato) Custard
Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked squash (butternut) or pumpkin or sweet potatos
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/8 tsp Stevia
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 Tblsp ground almonds (almond meal)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients EXCEPT THE ALMONDS together
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Sprinkle almonds on top and bake for another 20 minutes
