Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 C warm/hot milk
- 1/2 C cocoa
- 2 C sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 C oil
- 2 C grated squash
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 C flour
- 2 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 C chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
- Preheat overn to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
- Stir warm milk and cocoa together in small bowl, set aside.
- Mix sugar, eggs, oil, squash and vanilla in large bowl.
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together into a small bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and then stir in the cocoa mixture.
- Stir in nuts if desired.
- Pour into loaf pans.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until done (center is set).
